This six-week program is designed for small business owners who want a complete, integrated understanding of how their business finances actually function. Rather than focusing on isolated reports or individual metrics, we’ll build a clear view of the full accounting system—how financial statements connect, how key metrics are derived, and how controls and decisions fit together.
The goal is practical mastery: the ability to understand your numbers, ask better questions, and run your business with financial discipline and confidence.
