How it works
- The discovery call. Thirty free minutes. You talk, I listen, and we both decide whether this is a fit. No pressure either way.
- The first look. I get into your books and come back with a plain-language picture of where the business actually stands. Most owners learn more in this meeting than they have in years.
- Monthly momentum. A standing session: review the numbers, make the decisions, set the actions. I'm in your corner between sessions.

This works best if:
- You run an established business with a real team. Most of my clients are somewhere between $1M and $10M in revenue.
- You're great at your craft and honest about the fact that nobody taught you the business side.
- You want to grow, and you're willing to open the books to do it.
