Who I am

This site belongs to Adam Diaz, a business coach and speaker based in the Tri-Cities, Washington. Questions about this policy or your information can go to info@adamdiaz.biz.

What this site collects

If you join the insider list, we collect the email address you enter. If you send a message through the contact form, we collect what you submit there: your name, email address, business name, and message. That's it, and both are entirely voluntary.

This site does not use analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising cookies. We don't follow you around the internet.

How it's used

Newsletter emails are used to send the newsletter and event invites. Contact form messages are used to respond to you. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.

Software applications

Software tools operated by Adam Diaz (including internal business applications that connect to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online) access business data solely for internal accounting, reporting, and business-management purposes on behalf of the businesses that authorize them. This data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.
